Ten Go-shu is the ultimate connoisseur's sake made from the highest grade of milled Japonica rice (milled to 40% of original size ). Such a high degree of milling produces the smoothest, clean-tasting, aromatic and flavoursome sake available.-

Ten Nihon-shu is Made 100% with rice from Niigata, Japan. The area is famous for its high quality rice. This sake is brewed in a little village called Kakizaki.

- Kakizaki has an abundant rice crop and clear snow water melts down the mountain it sits at the foot of. It's this water that has produced the rich ground which the rice grows in.
