Ten means Heaven, Ten is the sky. In contrast to the ground, Ten is the open space.
Since ancient times, Japanese artists have been expressing the universe and the vast space around them using many different methods. Therefore Ten is the eternal theme of Japanese art and design. Matsumoto would like the guests to feel as if they could spend time in Heaven (Ten) forgetting about the everyday life and feel the mystic power of the universe.-

The entrance to Ten is four custom made stainless-steel doors, imported and fully manufactured in Japan. Each door weighs 150kgs.

The designs on the walls in the Sushi Room have been inspired by the Japanese Flag. Yet also placed to give the feeling of floating in the solid universe that surrounds.

Specially designed to U shape Teppan plate, which not only makes an impressive appearance, but has required extra intricate manufacturing & finishing work. There are eight 300kg solid granite pieces beneath the glass bench, especially carved in a curve to hug the counter.
