  •
  • 2006 Shiraz
  • This specially crafted Heathcote Shiraz is the ultimate expression of transition from Cambrian Earth to wine that displays spectacular colour, depth of flavour and balance. The vineyards are low yielding and kept in balance with the Terrior. The winemaking is seemingly effortless, yet done with meticulous care.
  •
  • Floral notes of violets on the nose combine with raspberries and dried herbs with a hint of vanilla n from the oak. Cherries, tobacco, chocolate and cedar intermingle with a driving redcurrant and spicy fruit-full palate and supportive tannin that makes Heathcote so enjoyable and identifiable.
